Every Mother’s Day, I find myself thinking about my own mother, a generous and lasting spirit in my life even though she passed away when I was only 20. In her honor, I’ve made this “illustrated moment” about loss and the sweetness of memory. My husband, Hal Cannon, composed and performed the music.
